Registration
Our services are available only to registered users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not attempt to use our services. Registration requires the completion of the user registration form with accurate and complete contact names, principal address, and e-mail address.

Your use of  TradeMyPhone.com may be terminated or suspended by us if you do not comply with this Agreement, our policies and procedures, or for any reason we determine is necessary, in our sole discretion, to protect us and other users of the site.

Trade Your Phone Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of a trade confirmation only signifies that TradeMyPhone.com will pay full value if the handset(s) sent are in acceptable condition as outlined below.

We will not proceed your trade in order until we received your Trade-In used phone. After you submitted the order, you will received a confirmation email with the instruction on how to ship your trade in phone to our company. You must ship the trade in phone to us in order to complete your order. Once we received your phone we will start to process your order  and your order will be shipped out with 48 hours.

If the trade in cellular phone(s) do not meet the "acceptable condition" requirements explained below. We will email you immideately and ask you if you want to cancel the order. If you request a order cancellation, we will send you back your trade in phone and a 20% shipping/service fee will be charged. Please make sure your trade in phone is in working condition and meet our "acceptable condition" requirment.

TradeMyPhone.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen package. We strongly recommend all customers to insure their package before mailing to us. TradeMyPhone.com and its owners or employees will NOT be responsible for any missing or stolen contents in the package.

Condition of Handset(s)
All handset(s) must be in working condition. They will power-up and make a test call. They will not be crushed, water damaged or have broken LCD's. Cases should be complete and unbroken. All handset(s) must have a valid ESN/IMEI Number.

Please include the battery & home charger. Make sure the phone is fully charge before you send it to our warehouse.

If crushed, water damaged, physically damaged (broken LCD's, cracked cases, etc.), or if parts are missing; they will not meet the "acceptable condition" requirements.

If your phone requires a memory card, the card must be included in order to receive full trade in value.

Cash Your Phone Payment
Payment will be made within 30 days of the receipt of handset(s). If the cellular phone(s) do not meet the "acceptable condition" requirements explained above, they may be returned at the request and the expense of the owner.  Cellular phones not requested to be returned, will be disposed of within 14 days.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, TradeMyPhone.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product availability, and other extenuating circumstances.

Expiration of Offer
All trade offers will expire 30 days from the date of trade confirmation. All confirmed trade pricing will be honored within the 30 day period regardless of current pricing.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. TradeMyPhone.com uses cookies to personalize your trading experience.

Suspension and Termination
We may issue a warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership or any of your trades or purchases if (i) you breach this Agreement, (ii) your provide us with false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, (iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or (iv) you engage in any act of collusion or price manipulation.

Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on and purchase of items.

Independent Contractor
This Agreement and your membership in no way constitute or give rise to a partnership, joint venture or other relationship between the parties. Each of us will operate under the terms of this Agreement as an independent contractor and not as an agent for the other.

Return Policy

Trademyphone.com does not provide any warranty on all phones. All phones are manufacture warranty only. We only offer store credits for all returns. We do not refund money, no exceptions. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all order cancellations. The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and it's components. The equipment must be returned within 5 calendar days. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return.  At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.
